Endurance: They do not carry great burdens but are capable of traveling 16-20 hours a day. Resistances:They cannot become sick or scarred and are virtually immune to disease. +20 bonus versus cold attacks. Special Abilities: Noldo vision under moonlight or starlight is as good as a Man's during the height of day. In other situations when there is any light source, Noldor can see 50' perfectly and fairly well up to 100'. In absolute darkness they see no better than Men (i.e cannot see at all). Noldor do not sleep, instead they meditate in trance for 1-3 hours per day. Their hearing is three times as affective as Man's. Weaknesses: They are haughty and often appear to be arrogant. They are full of desire for experience and thirst for knowledge, which sometime make them fall prey to lust, corruption and strife. Starting Languages: Quenya 8/8, Sindarin 8/8, Westron 8/8 and Adûnaic 5/5. Additional language ranks: 10 Professions: The Noldor produces the finest of all professions, although bashkars, barbarians and trenchfighters are unheard of in their society. Chance of learning a spell list: 40% (+stat bonus) Other: The Adolescence Skill Ranks are divided in two different tables, one for characters with a martial upbringing and one for characters with an academic upbringing. Noldo is special and both their warriors and their scholars (often capable magicians) excel beyond their human counterparts.
It is allowed to chose the Martial upbringing for a spell using character, as well as it is allowed to chose the Academic upbringing for a warrior. Explaining the anomaly is simply to say the character had a career change reaching adulthood.
