Endurance: Tremendous, they can carry great burdens over long distances with little rest.

Resistances: +30 DB and RR vs Fire and Ice (Heat and Cold).

Special Abilities: Dwarves see well in extreme darkness. In the dimmest light they see 50' perfectly and fairly well up to 100'. They can see 10' in total darkness (non-magical). They need only 3 hours sleep per night, but dont mind sleeping a full eight hours.

Weaknesses: They dislike water; -50 to swimming and are unfamiliar with large riding animals.

Starting Languages: Westron 8/8, Khuzdul 8/8

Professions: Dwarves are traditionally warriors or craftsmen. They spawn no magicians or mentalists.
